What’s Everyone Reading Right Now?

I've been reading this short story kind of thing by J.D Salinger called Franny and Zooey, and it is reaaally good. I stayed up till 11:04 reading it but by then my eyes were blurry. Now though I have about 10 pages left so I'm very excited to see how it ends : 0

I've been enjoying Dani Pettrey's books. They're Christian/Mystery. Last one I read was the Killing Tide. Other favorite authors are Lauraine Snelling and Jennifer Rodewald/J.Rodes. Both write Christian women's fiction, and J.Rodes also has a dystopian trilogy, The Uncloaked Series, and a fantasy book, Emerald Illusion.

I'm now on the 5th book off the Holly Paladin series by Christy Barritt

I can't say I've read all of Christy Barritt's books, but the ones that I have I've really enjoyed.

Yep, I am another horse fanatic. I really liked that series, except for some of the girls seriously annoyed me. Have you read the Golden Filly series by Lauraine Snelling?

I LOVED that series! We adopted two dogs from the shelter a while ago. One is named Hound and the other lookes just like Drover, so that's his name!

I can't say I've read all of Christy Barritt's books, but the ones that I have I've really enjoyed.

No I haven’t actually. The only thing I didn’t like about Canterwood Crest was when it got to a certain point the focus changed from Sasha to Lauren. I never really read past that point

My friend was half way through Artemis Fowl series when she stopped because he was getting superstitious and she didn’t like that. I finished it, realized that there was actually a very good reason for it, and convinced her to finish it.

That's a good series... I like how, at the end -- oops, never mind, spoilers for those who haven't finished it. Sorry!
I personally don't really mind superstition and mythology and magic in books... honestly, pretty much all of the things that I write (original works, not fanfictions) have magic and and/or mythological elements in them -- it's so much fun to make up rules and stuff! As a Christian, I don't believe in witchcraft and stuff like that... but I do enjoy writing about it.
