I'm not currently reading these, but this is a list of my favorite books:
1. The Phantom Tollbooth.
shhhhh. Don't speak. Just read it.
2. The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime
A truly interesting novel from the perspective of a late-teen boy with autism
3. Lives of the Monster Dogs
Like dystopia? Like human-dog hybrids? Like science-based books? Read this. READ ITTTT
4. Anything by Patrick Ness
This author comes up with the BEST dystopian landscapes and creates stories that you can't put down. Some of his books include More Than This, which has hints of The Matrix scattered throughout it, and the Chaos Walking trilogy, in which everybody can hear each others thoughts in a male-only world. Until a female shows up . . .
5. Anything by Neal Shusterman
The Scythe trilogy is one of the most wonderfully written series I've ever read. The second book is one of the few books that made me stop. And think. It was an incredibly written book with a fascinating plot. As well as Dry. What if California stopped getting water? Following a girl and her younger brother as they try to find their parents after the adults disappear.
Well, that's all for now.
READ THEM ALL RIGHT NOW.
