What’s going on with this duck egg??

Just cracked this duck egg into my mixing bowl to make cookies. Is that a partially incubated egg?? I do have a broody Duck I recently broke, could this be an egg I didn’t take away fast enough? Just what you want when your trying to make cookies.

Normally I’d assume it was a blood spot, but the bloody/ pink white is making me think otherwise.
Ps. White clumps are chunks of butter and sugar from fishing it out of the cookie bowl.
