What’s happening to my hens feathers?

I’ve had my Rhode Island Red hens for almost a month now and They are about 10 months old. They were never around a rooster until they came to my flock. I have noticed my hens feathers are turning white, losing feathers on the chest and breast’s, some feathers are just wonkie. Is my rooster being to rough with them?
Also, I have noticed that some of their ears are turning white too.
Are my girls molting because of stress due to a new environment? Or have mites?
They all appear to be in good health and are laying pretty consistently.

Your hens are red sex links of some variety - their feather and ear lobe color is normal. The bird in the second picture is being feather pecked/plucked.

Thank you! I will read up on the red sex links breed. What is feather pecked/plucked? Why does it happen? Can I stop it?

XD. Hatcheries have all sorts of different names for RSL, cinnamon queen, red star, golden comet and the like. Different names for the same thing. It's a gold based (red) over a silver based (white) bird. There are plenty of different crosses and each hatchery wants to seem like they have something unique. I've had both the 'Red Stars' and the 'golden comets' and those birds looked like my golden comets.
