This coloring could also mean brown leghorn, or easter egger, or even OEGB. It's a very common coloring, which is one reason I think it's too young to tell the breed of this particular chicken. When a chicken is grown, you can see its earlobe color and shape much better, which might also help determine what breed added the feathered legs.

The mother is the cochin. Could you post pictures of the EEs?

I might have a few. They were part of the Beginners Mistake Straight Run Roo Hell.
One was a Wheaton - brown and white
One was all black except for some irredeacent featherin if ends.
