What’s wrong with my chick’s wing?

I have a cream legbar chick that is 3 days old and her wings are way smaller or less developed than the others. Will this affect her life? is it a sign of anything? will it get better eventually? Any information anyone has or ideas would help. I just want to make sure she is ok. One picture is my other cream legbar with the good wings and the other one is the other cream legbar chick. It’s hard to see and explain but most the chicks kinda look like they have three layers of feathers and this one has maybe 1 or 2.

It’s possible she could be a he. Too soon to tell. I don’t see why this would harm development
