Have you looked inside her beak just to make sure there's no blockage, lesions or canker?
Do you notice any lice/mites on her - head/around the eyes, vent, etc.?

How long has she been doing this?

Hard to tell if she's suffering from stridor or respiratory disease. Where are you located in the world?

If you feel of her body - is there any swelling or feeling of air under her skin at the chest, wings, abdomen?
