What’s wrong with my chick?

We’re in Oklahoma. We left and are headed back out there in a little while. Her chest is pretty full looking. I’ll examine her more when we get back, but I didn’t notice anything else out of the ordinary other than she looks really uncomfortable like there’s something stuck in her throat. She’s maybe done it for a couple weeks now, but at first I thought it was just her crop which is why I tried massaging it. Does the video link now?

Have you looked inside her beak just to make sure there's no blockage, lesions or canker?
Do you notice any lice/mites on her - head/around the eyes, vent, etc.?

How long has she been doing this?

Hard to tell if she's suffering from stridor or respiratory disease. Where are you located in the world?

If you feel of her body - is there any swelling or feeling of air under her skin at the chest, wings, abdomen?

Yes, I can see the video.

So she's been gasping like that for a couple of week? She's not been eating/drinking?

You mention you thought it was her crop - is the crop empty in the morning? If not, then what does it feel like - hard, soft, air or fluid filled, doughy, sour smell?

What does her poop look like?

Do you live where the birds are housed or do you have to visit daily/every couple of days?
What do you feed?
Have yo tried any treatment(s) besides massage?
How long have you had her?
Do they free range, have access to compost, anything moldy, etc.?

Sorry for all the questions - just trying to get a better understanding of your situation. Sometimes something will jump out.

Sorry about the technical difficulties. The internet is spotty at our land, and uploading has been slow.
That video definitely does look like she is impacted. If it feels hard Make sure you massage it for a minute then tilt her forward only for about 30 seconds at a time! stuff will start pouring out make sure to give her brakes so she can breathe. Also I will try to find a link through YouTube of a person doing it.

She has been eating an drinking.
It felt hard when we got back. We tried following instructions on video. How do we know if we got it all? How long before she stops doing that with her neck? I’m not here to check it each day. We usually come out every few days. We’ve had her since she hatched from broody hen in late March. They have had indoor coop and outdoor run access since she and her hatch mates have gotten feathers. She’s the only one acting uncomfortable. I hadn’t tried anything else.

This pullet is already having difficulty breathing. I would not try to vomit her - there is a great risk of aspiration when a bird can breath normally much less one that is gasping.
