About 2 weeks ago I noticed that one of my roosters eye was shut and it had been shut for awhile. He wasn’t opening it and when we went outside or when he’d eat he would open up his eye slightly so you could barley see his eye! But his eye lid was swollen and the inside looked swollen! And just recently his eye started foaming this white bubbly substance and also his eye was bleeding and he kept rubbing it on himself! These past couples days tho he’s opened up his lid so i could see inside and there’s no eye like it’s a just foam and pink! This is what it looks like, also if anyone can help me because I’m worried!!

Could you please re-post one of those photos and this time select "full size image"? That way we can click on it and zoom in and get a closeup view. I simply can't make out any sort of detail with those tiny photos.

It's an infection either from an injury or respiratory disease. I would use Tylan 50 plus terramycin eye antibiotic to treat. Ask at your feed store. But first, flush the eye and clean it out with saline first.

His eye may have progressed to blindness already. Only time and treatment will tell if you'll be able to save the eye. Be aware it's extremely painful and causing him a lot of stress. He should be kept warm and given fluids with Poultry Nutri-drench and electrolytes.

I agree, a clearer photo may be helpful.
I tried to resize it and turn it so we can see a bit better, but I don't think I did too well.
Getting his whole face in the photo would be good too.
From what I can see there is a lot of foam in the eye. Does he have any mucous from the nostrils, coughing/sneezing, etc.?

He has what looks like dried blood/scabs on the comb too - is that from scratching or fighting?
I would flush the eye with saline, remove the foam/pus and debris (you may need to press on the eye a bit to get all the gunk out), then apply an eye ointment like Terramycin. (clean the eye and apply ointment 2-3times a day)
Antibiotics may be needed if he's got respiratory symptoms as well. Tylan50 is incredibly hard to find - most all feed stores have taken it off the shelves. Your best bet would be to go ahead and order Tylosin while there is some in stock at places like Jedds (they sell out quickly) https://www.jedds.com/shop/tylan-soluble-100-g/ Since this is a rooster and likely a pet (you're not going to eat him?) Baytril can be used if that's something you prefer - it still needs to be ordered https://allbirdproducts.com/products/baytril-10

I would make sure he's eating well. Poultry vitamins for a couple of days to give him a boost. While you are tending to the eye, take a look inside the beak to make sure there's no canker or yellow cheesy material.
