What’s wrong with my duckling

I thought maybe you were using something that when they put their heads in it rubs the back of the neck? I'm thinking its noodling..

No I don’t think their necks rub anything it’s the same duckling that has it on its wing and neck. What is noodling? Thank you for your responses!

Pecking but Ducks don't peck they noodle everything with their bills....Giving them fun things to do like swimming and a mirror to look at themselves can elevate bordom. Running around a bit in a safe pen outside helps too..

Okay perfect! I will do that for sure. Are they allowed to swim since they are only a week old?

Definitely they can swim and play in shallow water. They can go outside for playtime on nice days. They are tougher than you think and don't require as much heat like baby chicks...
