What’s wrong with my ducks feet?

I noticed one of my younger ducks has been walking with a limp. I took some pictures of her feet. Anyone know what this is?

Im not sure, is the black stuff part of her feet or dired gunk? if its part of her feet maybe try soaking them and put some antibiotic ointment on it if its dried gunk get it off and see how she reacts to that.

I think it is part of of her feet, maybe some dried gunk as well. Thanks!

There looks to be some moderate cracking in some places and a few area's of severe Pododermatitis.

You can start off by soaking the feet in warm water for a few days until it's loosened a bit, then I'd slather it with a triple antibiotic ointment and bandage it up for a few more day's. Doing this should really loosen it up to the point where you can gently tease the black scabbing off.

Consider the few possible causes of Pododermatitis, and try to better prevent this from happening again.
