What’s wrong with my hen Red?

Hello,
I have a 3 year old RIR and her behind looks like this. I’ve cleaned it. It’s like hard caked on poo. I thought maybe vent gleet since it’s super stinky. I’ve been doing Vagisil once a day but it doesn’t seem to be helping. She’s a little crunchy in her stance but nothing super noticeable. Shes the only one so far that has this messy bum. The coop is clean.
What can I do?

These are photos before you cleaned her up?

If not, give her a good washing up and remove all the poop.

Are you applying the Vagisil topically or giving it orally?

When was she last dewormed?

A little crunchy in her stance? Not sure what that mean, if she's hunching up, when was the last egg? She may need some Extra Calcium for a few days if she's struggling with soft shells or expelling material. Give 300mg Calcium Citrate+D3 once daily for 5days.
