What’s wrong with this chicken!?

Not all silkies have vaulted skulls but I do think the vaulted skull makes their poof look bigger, I don't know if she had a vaulted skull because she was fully feathered when I got her. Its hard to feel the head with those feathers.

I remembered another question I had about the vet visit... did she say what was the cause of the green poo?

I didn’t ask about the poo specifically but I know she had other little diseases/problems just because she was so weak. For example she had mites and probably worms
