Even though pox is a contagious virus which antibiotics do not affect, some vets will give oxytetracycline in the water to help prevent secondary bacterial infections. I am not sure where you live, but while we cannot get that in feed stores, in some countries they can be obtained or at least obtained from a vet. Sometimes ant bites can look a bit like fowl pox around the face of young birds, so just check in case of that possibility. Pox can make lesions on the body, but those tend to be more rare. Separating pox affected birds from those not affected can help to limit the spread, along with keeping the mosquitoes away, by draining water puddles, and changing water daily.
