What a dissappointment!

Well you say the humidity was on 40% that is good, if it is correct! On day 19 the 4 hatched, this a bad sign of high temps. I have a thermometer that ranges from 94* to 108* thats made by Philadelphia Instruments that I use and have good hatch rates in two 1588's and when I have compared it to others they are off by at least 2.5 degrees and they are on the low side. So by that I would be running high temps if I used them. I would not try to hatch without my Philly thermometer.
 
I agree with missprissy, you might need to check the humidity in the bator and inside your house.
