What a nice note I just got from a co-worker who buys eating eggs...

She sends her weekly payments in an interoffice mail envelope, and she attached this note this week:

Thank you for the most beautiful, unique eggs! They should be in a museum! That way, LOTS of people would enjoy them! WOW!

Folks seldom seem to send handwritten notes these days, and this one really tickled me...just thought I'd share!​
 
Wow, that was so nice of her. And yes, I love hand written notes/letters too. You seldom see them anymore.
 
TSC - it's actually a dark brown Marans egg - when you run it under water, it turns dark brown and dries back to that mauvey color. Isn't it wild? The hen that lays these lays one every 25-30 eggs.
