What a surprise! EE layed her first egg today & beat out the leghorns

I thought of that and we've searched everywhere in our yard in case they've laid while freeranging, but there are no eggs to be found.

But..... today, I found a white egg in the middle of our run. Has to be a leghorn because they are our only possible white egglayers.
I think it is probably her first egg, otherwise it wouldn't have been laid in the middle of the run, on the ground only 8 feet from the nestboxes. The first barred rock egg I found was not in the nest box either, but she finally figured it out.

No green egg today, but another light brown egg from the barred rock along with the white egg. I have been thinking all the light brown eggs were from 1 barred rock, but is it possible for her to lay 7 eggs in 7 days (and right from the get-go). I thought they were supposed to lay about 5 a week.

If both BRs were laying, I would think that I would have found 2 brown eggs on at least 1 of the days. Also, the brown eggs I have been finding are all the same color and have either been the same size or slightly bigger than the egg from the day before.

What would you the color/pattern of these Easter Eggers? I so love that color wished I had some that looks like them I have a project in mind. I do have 3 that look similar to them but have more of a gold and black flecks looks.

Thanks!

Her coloration looks exactly like my Hazel. Hazel also started laying about that same age and she's a rockstar. Large green eggs 6 days out of 7 and she didn't skip even a single day after being brutally attacked by a hawk. In fact, she's molting her tail right now and still laying up a storm. Here's Hazel:

My Fiona looks just like yours. I think she is so pretty. Mine hasn't started laying yet but I'm waiting with anticipation.
