What age can my chicks go outside?

I have chicks that are between 8 and 15 days old. I live in the IL/WI area and it is going to be in the 60s for the next week.
Is that too cold for them (considering that they are under a heat lamp all day)?

yeah thats alittle cold. if you look at the chicks and they are full feathered then they may be ok but you gotta think how cold it will be at night, i dont put my chicks out til they are 4 weeks old. i live in louisiana and its hot here but weather changes crazy one day its 80 and the next its 60 so you just gotta think about all those factors.

If you are still providing a heat lamp in their outside coop, they will be fine...won't hurt them a bit.
