If they are about the same size, just put them together and let them fight it out. They will peck and fight till they figure it out. A week or so and it should calm down. Blood on combs is fine, let them have at it. Just make sure they have enough space to hide and enough feeders they can still get food to eat.
Only let them fight it out if they have space to get away. I find that they usually won't draw blood, any blood drawn is on their combs/wattles and the underlings learn quick to get away before being pecked. I've never had to separate, but would if there was blood anywhere other than the face/comb. Your mileage will vary since I do fenceless free range. Good luck with integration
wel I have put some girls in with joe my rooster and the bigger hens I took the meanest ones out and left the nice ones in there still and put the pullets/girls in there.
