What age for eggs

ok so I have two Muscovy a male and female about 4-6 i think and two pekin a male and female about a year does anyone know what age they start laying

20 to 25 weeks old

And what age does the male curly feather appear?

Someone told me 14 to 16 weeks old but my 7 week old khaki Campbell's are starting to get theirs.

Muscovies usually start laying around six months old. They don't get the curled drake feathers, but the males will be much larger than the females and will hiss instead of making the females' “musical whimper.”

Sorry, I have Pekin ducks. They are 13 weeks old. Should they have a curled feather at the tail by this age if they are drakes?
