Well, I searched all over here and the internet and other than reading over and over that guineas are tasty and somewhat like game, and cook them like pheasants, I can't find any info on what ages are best to eat them?
For instance: meat birds -8 weeks is the usual.
Other chickens - 12 weeks but no more than 14 or they get tough.
So who knows what is a good age for guineas? These are regular guineas, not the giant pearl.
Thanks.
