What age to introduce chicks to flock?

I have 12 barred rock pullets. They are 2wks old tomarrow. I was looking for best way to introduce them to the flock. My flock consist of 9 pullets 1 rooster, and 5 ducks. Its a big run 30X20 with 10X10 house.

I stick mine in the space under the nesting pox and enclosed with chicken wire... there were still a few accidents but after two weeks everyone is doing well!
