What age to sell baby silkies

I had a few people who had there day silkie die after they got some day old silkie from me. I'm mostly sure they did not have good heat set up for them. I'm sure that was the case for 1 of them. The ones I had all did well so I don't think it was sickness. I made up my mind to not sale this batch until they are 2 week old.

When I buy fowl, I always try to buy older chicks because the mortality rate goes way down. I think 2 weeks is perfect

I try to wait until they are at least 3 weeks old before selling them otherwise they seem too fragile. I try not to buy any chicks under 3 weeks old either for the same reason.
