What age to separate a brother and sister cock and pullet?

We have 7 week old buff wyandottes, bro and sis, Fred and Ginger. We dont want them breeding and we plan to rehome Fred at some point as we can't have a cockerel crowing where we live. At what age do they need separating?

By the time they're old enough to breed, he also very likely would've been crowing for quite a while. You can rehome him at almost any point.
