What am I? A hen or a roo?

Can someone tell me if my Lola is a hen or a roo, she’s approximately 6 months old...all the other ones her age are laying but not her...please help me identify...ty in advance

Looks like a hen to me.

She's an EE pullet. Some of them mature more slowly than the high production breeds.
