What am I cooking tonight?

We had an oyster/grilled shrimp feed today for hubbys side of the family. There were 18 of us. Fried oysters, grilled shrimp in garlic and butter, coleslaw, roasted red potatoes, hot rolls and lots of side dishes. Plus too many desserts!!

And yes DS grilled shrimp on the barbie while it was snowing big time!! Brrr........ poor kid!!

I'll be having another oyster/shrimp feed in two weeks for friends!! You all are welcome to join in!! We got the oysters and shrimp at the local fresh food market.. Out of this world!!

I love seafood, but since I've never been anywhere close to an ocean I've never had any fresh.

I grew up 100 miles from the coast. Fresh seafood compares to nothing.

Last night's dinner was whole wheat basil egg noodle in an Alfredo
sauce with brocoli and sausage. DW didn't get out of work until 8:30
(she was there since 7am) and dinner was ready when she came home.
