What am I cooking tonight?

We use it to dry the pasta fast. I put it under the ceiling fan and within
minutes the pasta is dry. Most just dry it on wax paper but that takes
a long time.

Oh, last night was the first time I used milk in my egg noodles and it
made them easier to work with. I'm always experimenting.

Last nights recipe was:
2 cups all purpose flour
3 cups whole wheat flour
Kosher salt
5 Eggs
1 1/4 cups milk
Knead for 5 minutes adding extra flour or milk if too wet or too dry.

Walmart has them for about $10.00. Don't buy a used one, no telling WHAT's been hanging on it!

PC, I am in awe of you and Drumstick in the kitchen! Thanks for sharing the experience.

I was thinking about the used one being gross too. I looked on
walmart.com and didn't see any. They must have them right?

Thanks for the kind words about me and Drumstick. It's in our blood
plus my wife works second shift and pizza and MacDonalds get old.
