What am I doing wrong????

Ok I am on day 7 and I candled some eggs but I cant see anything for the life of me. What am i doing wrong. All I can see is darkness in the eggs. It is like a blob or something in the egg. Are they bad eggs maybe? THis is nerve wracking.

What are you expecting to see? When we candled eggs last that's what we saw; a dark mass. The dark masses did turn into chicks, in the end.

What color eggs do U have? What type or brand of light are U using? I candled 16 brown eggs first of the week and they looked good veins running all over with little dark spots.

Then you will have the yolk that is dark. Candling is not hard to do. I would do a google search "candling eggs" and you will find enough pics on the first couple of pages that should help alot.
