I was thinking that too but more hoping she turns out to be an oe. Something about having greens eggs make me chuckle. I guess i will have to wait and see.

I have one like that, no muff or beard...

She was the first of 4 EEs to lay; her eggs are minty green

easter egger, which is a mix breed, somewhere in the line they have Ameraucana in them (blue egg gene). I have 4 EE, 3 of which are colors similar to yours. One has muff and beard, one has beard only, and another is clean face, then I have a pure white one who seems clean face too:
