What am I?

I have a Rooster that we got 3 months ago. He is a great breeder but I have no idea what kind of chicken he is.
I do know that he is a lot of fluff.... actually that is his name Fluffy.... if you need more pics just let me know.

Is he molting, or does his tail/rump always look like that? If so, I'd think Orpington. What color is his skin? Best place to check is the bottom of the foot.

Looks like an Orpington to me too. A blue or a chocolate, I can't really tell from the pic very well.
