Yes. She moves too much. But hope these help... all her wing feathers are rounded... I wanted to know what breed she was... never thought she could be a he...

The comb is redder than it should be for a pullet of that age, but smaller than it should be for a cockerel of that age. So it could go either way. However, those big ol' legs and the behaviour you described (of it jumping on the other chicks) does sound suspiciously male... In another couple of weeks you should know for sure. I can't help with breed though.
 
It has a leaky Columbian Pattern. Perhaps a Columbian Plymouth Rock.

I would make plans in case this is a male as I believe it to be.
