With white eggs she’s either Minorca or Andalusian.

Likely the latter, Minorcas have very large with earlobes.

I googled the Minorca and she definitely can’t be that she doesn’t have white earslobes however she does look a lot like the Andalusia but fully black , my black one doesn’t have hanging feather though

I see white earlobes, just not very prominent ones (like what most non-show quality birds have).

I have a Black Andalusian that looks just like her, and yes, they have white earlobes.
