Bought at TSC, was supposed to be a Rhode island red; however he is the only that isn't completely white!

Funny story, i purchased 19 Plymouth barred rock and 4 Rhode island this made me a first time chicken mom. Our whites were all cute little yellow fluffy but when his started to grow he looked sickly with areas that the feathers looked stained with dried blood. I thought they were pecking him to death ! I was determined to save him; there I created a separate area and gave him a bath but it didn't do any good! He looked so bad I was to ashamed to post pictures or ask any questions, until now!
