Probably an olive egger or favercauna, both types of Easter eggers. He is a handsome fellow.

Here are more pictures I picked him up today. In the pen they had Marans and Wheatens. I know he's a cross of something and not a "pure" bird. Slate feathered legs and 4 toes.
