Once again seeking the smarts of the forum to help the girl and I identify and gender, oh please, oh please.

Looking at the pictures of some chickens, we're now not so certain this is a roo. Then again, as new to the coop, we could be mistaken, too.

She-Roo is a golden sebright bantam, approximately 3.5 to 4 months old. Quite the character. Found a way into our hearts with his/her antics.

First pic: posing by the pool.

Now this one is killing us with what is she? Girl named her Buffy because of the attitude she seems to carry about her. *We are very curious as to what breed(s) she might contain. She's a doll.

Pic 3: Center stage and ready for her close-up.

Pic 4: Will I, oh will I land on that other chick?

With each thread we follow on who/who are we, we learn a bit more but these two have us stumped.

All we know, it's an addiction and we need more. And a coop, soon. (Ahem, hubby, I has a job for you!

Thank you. We're still laughing about the golden "sebright" we thought we had. No wonder she's such a big girl.

You've made our day with She-roo being a hen but hubby said she has to go.

Fortunately someone in our area is looking for a hen for their roo so maybe She-roo will have a Roo to court.

Now knowing what Buffy is is yeah! And Silver the uhm where am I sebright is still a sebright. Or is that seclueless?

This just means more hens to get.
