I can see a brahma cross with a sultan. I do not think Silkie is in the equation. To many characteristics that don't fit.

i say silke because his head i have silki crosses w/ a single comb he looks silkie cross to me it would be the most common cross in my book sultans arent as popular or common as silkie

Silkie X NHR, although that comb screams dorking so maybe a dorking X buff brahma? The color markings look just like my wife's NHR-New Hampshire Red roo but that is where it ends!

He got that tassel crest somewhere. I truly doubt that he is a first generation cross, so there could be a number of breeds that went into his background. Yes, silkie is far more common than sultan, so that should be considered. They are probably the most common 5-toed breed, with faverolles occupying 2nd place.
