It's still too young for me to tell for sure but if I had to lean one way or the other I would guess hen.

actually your hand is when the sex ID comes from on bronze based birds (the breats feathers). Still a little young but you should be able to tell very soon.
As the adult breast feathers come in, on hens they will be laced in a buff color. For toms, they will just be solid black feathers with no lacing at all.
So watch the breast, if you see lacing on the new feathers that are starting to come in, which I think you will, then you have a hen, if they are iridescent black feathers, tom.

Also, the hen will have a more greyish cast to her over all color with little to no iridescent shine to her.

Yes, still a little young to be 100% sure but it looks like a hen. About 14-16 weeks you can be sure.
