Yeah, it definitely has EE blood in it. I would cast my vote for a dwarf too. I believe its called 'failure to thrive'.

To be honest, it's a roll of the dice if she'll have special needs, or even if she'll stay small. It's rare, but occasionally some chicks take a reaaaaally long time to grow, especially if there is something genetically off about them. They can reach full size, it just takes forever.

That could be the case here, or you could end up with a bird that stays permenantly small. The bantam gene had to start from a random mutation way back there in chicken ancestry, which means this does occur naturally with standard sized birds.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but a lot of birds that fail to thrive do have a high mortality rate. I'd keep a close eye on her to make sure she doesn't develop special needs.
