I would bet it is a hen. Notice the lack of coloring on her head. This girl, yes girl, did us the same way. I waited all year in 2010 to get fertile eggs from my pair of Royal Palms. I don't know how many eggs failed to develop. At the end of the year, we realized we had 2 hens.We got our girls a tom and this year we has lots of babies running around, but ....it is a hen.

Fgf wins. It was a trick question I knew she was a hen but I haven't seen her strut until today, she was very irritated that I would not allow her to beat up my roo. She did this right after I pushed her away from him with my foot.
