What am I?

What-am-I is a gorgeous rooster.

Would love to but it appears that about half (possibly more) of my 'pullets' are actually roos this year. I'm spitting mad about it, largely because I live in downtown Indianapolis and roosters tick off my neighbors.

I started this season with seven ducks left over from last spring's shenanigans, but since the first week of February, I've been talked in to 21 chicks and 2 ducklings. And one of ducks is broody and sitting on about 7 eggs (no clue, she won't let me look and spooks easy so I don't want to molest her). 7 chicks were straight run; everyone else was supposedly sexed as a pullet. Of those, one is female so far, and everyone else appears male. Add that to quite the handful of 'pullets' that were more than meets the eye, and we have close to a dozen roosters, almost all of which will have to be rehomed. The biggest reason we have so many birds in the first place is because we were getting so many boys.
