What am I?

Aloha, I bought this chick from Meyers as a "Blue Ameraucana"
However I've had a few people on here tell me she isn't one. I emailed photos along with my question to Meyers and even they think they might have messed up but what is she if not an am?Her comb looks straight instead of pea comb. She does have slate legs. Her tail feathers (or lack of) are way shorter then my other chicks I got from them that are the same age.

Do those two ideas have slate legs and no real tail feather growth at 4 weeks?

Her tail feathers are about half of what my 6 other chicks of different breeds have (all same age)
