Are they good for eating?

Is it safe to eat their eggs no matter what we feed the ducks? Mine free range and get most of their food on their own but i give mine table scraps corn and grit also!

Mine have not layed yet though

are they bigger then chicken eggs?

I just bought some waterfowl pellets but they only eat a little bit and then go on the grass and eat weeds bugs etc.. Seems like they prefer to get their own food!

Good duckies!

the eggs are perfectly fine but should be collected and refrigerated daily. we use ours for baking and making batters and they are good in waffles, scrambled eggs or omlettes but a bit strong when fried or hard boiled.

all duck eggs are yummy and great for baking, frying, boiling ect.... they are bigger then chicken eggs and make beautiful omlets!
