I put mine in lockdown thursday and the next morning My thermo read 108. I am just waiting to see. I know what caused my temp spike, it was the reptile fogger I use to regulate humidity. I had the fan blowing the fog directly at the thermo sensor which caused it to short out. At this point, if they hatch, they hatch, if they dont , they dont. Nothing i can do to change the outcome now, so I will just wait and see. I had another tray full of eggs in the same bator that are due next weekend. I suspect if the first tray survives, the second tray will also.
edited to add, woke up this morning to one new chick. No signs of pipping on the other eggs, will just wait and see.
