My teacher want's me to look up reinforcements for our turkeys. Such as what foods will they like the most, and the foods that they can not have. What methods to transport them pen to pen are good and what methods are bad?

Treats should be limited to no more than 10% of their total diet. Here's a good article on good and bad treats.

If you spend time with them and give them the occasional treat (mine love meal worms), I've found the easiest way to move them is have them follow you. I have a turkey crate and large dog crate as well. Both work for longer moves, but I really hate the turkey crate as it just feels too small. When they're smaller, holding them with their wings to their body is also a good way to move them. I've also used herding, but that get's a bit more complicated. The key is stress free. You're not going to out run or out fly your turkeys.
