What are the best ways to keep humidity in an incubator?

Hello There

Have you both the holes covered with the red plugs? Also give it more time, Leave it another 12 hours or so....but it seems to me that maybe the holes are open? I know its not likely but believe me these are such simple mistakes hehe!
