I buy some chics and the father is this rooster and the hen in is back. What are this breed?

Looks like Rhode Island Red

I am not an expert here but it looks like a buckeye rooster in the pic. Try putting buckeye rooster into BING search engine and see if you think so. The pics I saw are a pretty close match to what you have there.

that is 100% GLW rooster. No RIR has a comb like that unless it is a cross.
Also note the lacing on the chest. He is very black though for a GLW.
