What are the chances they are all roos?

My friend got some chicks at the store when they were 2 weeks old, They 're now 8 weeks old and the 3 that aren't sex links, have much bigger combs than the sex links. not only that, but they have bigger combs than my 15 weeks chicks that I have here. 2 of them are barred rocks and the other is supposed to be a rhode island red. what are the chances that all 3 she got are roosters? bad chances right? she was using turkey starter, would that have any effect on their comb and wattle growth?

The feed wouldn't matter I have used the turkey starter and grower for chickens. So it sounds like 3 roos.
