What are the pros and cons of bantams?

We might be getting some bantams but I have a few questions:

Will they get along with RIRs?

How much do they lay?

How do you use the eggs in recipes if the eggs are smaller than average?

How much do they eat?

If I put them in with the other chickens, will i have to lower the waterer/feeder?

Do they need a smaller nesting box than normal?

Any other pros/cons, suggestions or facts about bantams will be much appreciated!!!!

The primary difference is that eggs average about 2/3 the size of LF eggs. They tend to go broody more IMHO.
Being smaller, they don't eat as much and many believe the egg output is better for feed input.
If they can't reach food and water, then yes, you'll have to adjust things, obviously.
Nest size doesn't matter.
RIRs tend to be the bully of a mixed flock so they may be hard on bantams.
They should lay about the same as their LF counterparts.
Recipes? adjust accordingly

Thank you so much! So, does that mean i SHOULDN'T put them in with my RIRs? My RIRs are only pullets.
