What does CCLB stand for?

It stands for Crested Cream Legbar! It's a bit of a misnomer since all Cream Legbars are crested so the crested part isn't really necessary but it's the most common abbreviation! I agree that they're Cream Legbar derived Easter Eggers like the others have said!

I think it looks like a Golden Cuckoo Marans X Cream Legbar cross, so EE but on the potential OE side. (But I'm a novice so it could be another breed in the cross that I'm not familiar with.)
