Ameraucanas/EEs were my first guess, but miss_jayne seemed pretty sure that they weren't.

The ones I had looked just like yours, yellow/orange legs and all. The wing feathers look very much like EE pattern/coloring.

Here is mine at 5-6 wks. old. He/she has gotten longer legs in the last week, but is still the smallest of all my chicks.

Again, I have no idea what he/she is. From bantam bin at TSC. It's hard to tell from the pics, but all her feathers are still yellow except her wings.

That's what I thought the original chicks from this post were (mine too), but then the wings started getting brown in them too. So I ruled that out. I don't see any brown in your pictures. (If that's what you have, I'm so jealous, SSH are a good looking bird.)

I googled SSHs and they are beautiful! But, I don't think that's what mine is either. The dark in his/her wings is more brown than black and no stripes on his/her back like the sites said.

I guess these little ones will just remain a mystery until they grow some more.

looks like the one i have -- the guy i got it from said it was a RIR --- but he said he also has leghorns and dominiques
